Diese kleinen k\u00f6stlichen Kichererbsen sind ware Energie- und Eiweissbooster. Es ist so einfach Hummus selber herzustellen. Man ben\u00f6tigt dazu nur ein paar Zutaten, einen P\u00fcrierstab und schon hat man einen schmackhaften und gesunden Brotaufstrich bzw. Dipp.<\/p>\n<p>Zutaten f\u00fcr 4 Personen:<\/p>\n<p>1 Dose (400 &#8211; 500 Gramm) Kichererbsen<br \/>\n2 Tahini (Semsampaste &#8211; gibts im Migros)<br \/>\n2-3 Essl\u00f6ffel Oliven\u00f6l<br \/>\n2-3 Essl\u00f6ffel Wasser<br \/>\nden Zitronensaft einer halben Zitrone<br \/>\n2-3 Knoblauchzehen<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<\/p>\n<p>Rezept:<br \/>\nKichererbsen abtropfen und kurz durchsp\u00fchlen. Anschliessend die Kichererbsen mit der Sesampaste, Oliven\u00f6l, Wasser, den Knoblauchzehen und dem Zitronensaft p\u00fcrieren. Dabei ist es wichtig die Konsistenz zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen und je nach Bedarf mit etwas Oliven\u00f6l oder Wasser zu korrigieren. Das Hummus sollte weich, s\u00e4mig und geschmeidig sein. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<br \/>\nMit knuprigem Brot serviert gibt das Hummus einen wunderbaren Appetizer ab.
