So setzten wir uns in die am Strand gelegene Fischtaverne. Hungrig die Karte studierend, ist mir sofort der Feta in Honig und Sesam ins Auge gestochen, welchen ich unbedingt probieren wollte. Ich wurde nicht entt\u00e4uscht! Die Kombination vom warmen, salzigen Feta, umrandet von diesem knackigen Filoteig, an Honig und Sesam, war eine einzigartige Geschmacksexplosion.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Rezept \/ Zutaten:<\/p>\n<p>Geschmacklich neutrales \u00d6l (z.B. Sonnenblumen\u00f6l)<\/p>\n<p>Feta<\/p>\n<p>Filoteig (gibt es in der Migros)<\/p>\n<p>Honig<\/p>\n<p>Sesam<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Den Filoteig mit ein paar Tropfen Wasser und \u00d6l befeuchten und anschliessend um den Feta wickeln.<\/p>\n<p>Das \u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen und den Feta auf beiden Seiten knusprig braten.<\/p>\n<p>Den Honig in einer Pfanne erw\u00e4rmen und etwa einen Essl\u00f6ffel etwas anger\u00f6steten Sesam dazugeben. Mit frischem und knusprigem Brot geniessen.
